Intercultural Journey at the Heart of Our Project
Imagine a project where each country reveals its soul through music, dance, traditions, and collaboration. From August 23 to 31, we not only discussed communication but also delved deeply into intercultural differences.
Each country had the opportunity to lead its own session, enriching our understanding of its unique cultural essence. Every day, we worked in mixed-nationality groups, which allowed us to learn more about one another. Our evenings, filled with music, dance, and delicacies from different countries, became special moments where we could enjoy each other’s cultural traditions.
Participants from Ukraine, Georgia, France, Armenia, Bulgaria, and Estonia learned to respect diversity, find common ground, and interact effectively in a multicultural environment. It was a time not only to explore new cultures but also to develop skills in communication, empathy, and mutual understanding.
The project provided us with tools that will help us in the future to build international connections, resolve conflicts, work in teams, and create projects that make the world a better place. These insights will stay with us forever, as will the friendships formed during this unforgettable experience.
